As part of our commitment to give you a Premium experience, we are pleased to introduce the Premium Pension Mobile Application with the following functionalities:
• Micro Pension (Withdrawals)
• Registration (Micro Pension & RSA PIN)
• Self-Service (Benefit Status, Enrollment Certificate & Account Statements)
• Access to User Profiles
• Initiate update requests of non-sensitive personal and employer details
• Fund Prices
• Account Information (Balances & Transaction details)
• Enquiries (Pension Calculators, Fund Rates, Referral & Rewards)
• Receive In-App messages on new features, quick tips, and promotional offers.

For registration, you will be redirected to the Web Portal to provide the required details for the enrolment. In addition, for Micro Pension contributions, you will be redirected to a payment gateway to complete the transaction. Users with multiple profiles can also switch roles.

To get started:
• Visit your App store, search for ‘Premium Pension Mobile App’ and click the download/install button.
• Launch the App and Register on the Mobile App.
• For “Member User Type” an activation link will be sent to your registered Email on the CBA. If you do not receive this link, call CSU on 09 4615700-4 for the verification link. Please note that this is a one-time process required only when using the App for the first time.
• Input your User Name and password.
• If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset your password.

Ratings and reviews

The app is no longer friendly I don't know if it is peculiar to me. Im frequently unable to access the application a times I uninstalled and reinstalled via playstore but still unable to access. kindly revert with your findings

I have been trying to open but I could not because I can not access my username and password I requested for it but can not see any massage.

This app is not user friendly. I can't open the app, always showing no Internet connection
