If you are looking for a shopping app that doesn't let you shop, you've come to the right place!! You can never actually make a purchase without spending half a year finding someone to talk to then spending another half year chatting to them over WhatsApp. On the off chance you were able to make a purchase in the first place, you won't be able to make a return because they " custom make the piece when you order" even though you buy it in a standard size. Highly highly frustrating!!

they put standard sizes, which do not tally with the brand sizes. plus very inflexible in exchange of sizes / returns. aggressively follow up based on what u put in your cart, and very poor follow on when there is complaint. better to order directly from the website of the brand

It's quite a frustrating app, not user friendly. The worst thing is really bad customer engagement and customer policies. For the very high end, expensive, designer and boutique goods sold on the platform - the service provided is truly pathetic. I'm my opinion - choose what you like from the array here and then connect with the brand directly - works much better!!
