PracFlo brings workforce, dispatch, and clinical documentation into one secure platform, built for fast-paced pre-hospital and onsite care environments. It supports rostering, timesheets, shift information, ePCRs, CAD-style dispatch, reporting, and billing workflows, with configurable modules to match how your organisation operates.

Built for the field

PracFlo is designed for web-enabled devices with a tablet/phone-first workflow and clear progress indicators. In low-connectivity environments, teams can capture information first and sync when coverage is available.

- Structured capture for vitals, symptoms, observations, plus clinical narrative where needed
- Treatments and medications with timestamping, route/dose/time, and administered-by accountability
