Practice Harbor Client Portal is the secure app for clients of therapy practices that use Practice Harbor. Everything between sessions, in one place.

APPOINTMENTS
• See upcoming and past appointments, with reminders
• Request a new appointment with your clinician (when your practice offers online requests)
• Join video sessions from the app
• Add appointments to your calendar

SECURE MESSAGES
• Message your practice privately and securely
• Attach photos when you need to

FORMS AND DOCUMENTS
• Complete intake forms, questionnaires and consents on your phone
• Sign consents and see what you have completed
• Share your insurance card and documents with your practice
• Open files your practice shares with you, right in the app

BILLING
• See invoices and your balance
• Add a card and pay securely (card details are handled by Stripe; your practice never sees your card number)

FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
• Manage your child's appointments, forms and messages when your practice gives you access

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Optional Face ID / fingerprint lock
• Information is encrypted in transit and never sold or used for advertising

Practice Harbor Client Portal is for clients of practices that use Practice Harbor. Your practice sends you an invitation to set up your account; after that you sign in with a link sent to your email, or with your password. If you do not have an invitation, ask your therapist's office.
