About this app

Say the hard thing here first.

The missed deadline. The promotion that isn't happening yet. The 11pm messages that need to stop. Every new manager knows the conversation they're avoiding. Practice Room is where you have it before it counts.

Practice against someone who pushes back. Pick a scenario or describe your own real situation, and the app plays the other person, with their own reasons, their own deflections, and no intention of making it easy. They soften only if you earn it, because that's how people work.

Get feedback that quotes you. After each session, a debrief scores the conversation on five dimensions: Clarity, Evidence, Ownership, Warmth, Path, and every score quotes a line you actually said. See your weakest line rewritten, the moments worth playing differently, and what to do next time.

Rehearse your own conversation. Describe the real situation in a couple of sentences, or paste the actual messages, and the app builds the scenario, plays the person, and debriefs you. A built-in name-swap keeps real names off the server.

Private by design. No account. No analytics. Conversations are processed to generate replies and feedback, never stored. practice-room.pages.dev/privacy
Rehearse difficult conversations. Walk in knowing what to say.

What’s new

New: Pointers for a meeting. Describe a conversation you have coming up and get a short, free sheet of what to focus on and what the other person might say. Before you practise, say how ready you feel;
after the debrief, say it again and see how the two compare. The debrief is easier to read, opens on
your weakest move, and a rerun shows how last time's weakest went. Replay from the rewritten line,
or practise it out loud. Also fixes a rare crash at launch.
