Ratings and reviews

Self-service is confusing. I passed the random check, but the instructions were unclear. Finding the cashier does not make sense when I can go to the cashier's desk, and the check will be indicated. The cashier should find me at the self-service cashier's desk instead, as is an ordinary approach because cashier is not stationary. Instructions for the QR code that should end the shopping are also unclear. You should have a more friendly app design and the self-check process.

Hi. The application stop working after the last update. So now when I run the app it closes automatically. I tried reinstall it, restart my phone but nothing helps.

The application is good. However today I was told that my card was blocked. How is that possible I don't know, supposedly something regarding GDPR. The application should notify the user if the card is blocked!

Přepracovali jsme Scan & Go do nového, přehlednějšího designu a přidali komunikační centrum s přehledem notifikací v bočním menu. Vylepšili jsme aplikaci a opravili několik chyb.
