was able to backup photos that were not backed up on my phone, but two hours later , selecting pictures and trying to download or save on stick are not showing up.. could be beginners Trial and error , but not as simple as I thought it would be!!! but again could be ME!!! I get to select photo to import but then select it to save it but when I go to select videos to see if it is transferred. its not there!! trying later if its my phalt I'll come back and leave a better view, Just frustrate

This has been a nightmare. I have tried to upload my photos a few times now. It proceeds like it is saving my photos. Today it was uploading for 3 hours when I had to pause the device to plug in my phone, because it drained the battery. When I plugged in the device again it went through the whole installation process again. Even though it took three hours the first time. I plugged it into my laptop to see if any pictures downloaded. Not one picture. Each folder says it is empty.

My wife bought 2 of these. App is very sluggish when backing up files. Viewing files takes forever. Opening the app takes way too many steps to open and connect the thumb drive. It's not like the advertisement says. I'd recommend a good reputable thumb drive over this. Much easier to use. tried, once more, to use the photo stick. now I have duplicates of everything that I had backed up before. ads indicate that any new pictures would be backed up, not the entire library.
