I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the Photostick. I have tried several times and was even sent a new Photostick because I was told the adapter was not working, but it still does not work. I have sent several emails to the support team and get different instructions each time. They still don't work. I would like my $60 back and return the 2 Photosticks I have if that could be done.

Purchased the PhotoStick Omni. Followed the guide for my Android. After failure after failure, gave up and tried to get answers with the CHhe AT. Found out via CHAT that the Motorola device will not function with the PHOTOSTICK OMNI. Then I tried it with my computer. Files seem to be transferred, but I have not been able to see those files with the PhotoStick. Can't see them with Windows Explorer. I really hate that I purchased this item. Money wasted.

Like everyone else, I can't get it to work. No, it isn't plug and play. First, install the app from Google Playstore. Instructions don't even say when to plug in. Error messages saying can't access my phone folder, choose another. Tried "backup" to a new, empty file - has been backing up for 5 hours!!. No way to select Google Photos, which is where my pics are stored. Yes, waste of money, and false advertising ( NOT plug & play).
