Tax Asaan App Login Issue Since August 14, 2026, I have been unable to log in to the Tax Asaan app. Whenever I tap on the app/login option, it automatically goes back/returns to the previous screen instead of opening properly. I have already tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including clearing the cache and data, force stopping the app, restarting my mobile phone, updating the app, and uninstalling and reinstalling it. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing app. Even after installing the latest version, it doesn't show the current tax year, making return filing impossible. The interface is confusing, buggy, and lacks proper guidance. An official FBR app should be reliable and regularly updated. Instead of saving taxpayers' time, it creates frustration. Please fix the app or clearly direct users to the IRIS web portal.

Extremely frustrating experience. The app constantly throws errors whenever I try to lodge a complaint. Worse, it fails to sync accurate data from the main Iris web portal. Basic features are completely broken. FBR desperately needs to fix these server bugs. Save yourself the headache and stick to the desktop website.
