About this app

First ever of its kind, Tax Asaan is Smart Application developed for Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan to facilitate its Taxpayers, to use commonly re features as available on various FBR Websites. The features currently available in Tax Asaan are:

1. Easy Wizard-based Income Tax Return Filing (Salaried & Normal Return)
2. Income Tax Registration (Signup)
3. Sales Tax Registration
4. Online Verification Services (ATL, Profile Inquiry, Exemptions/Notices/Orders and more)
5. e-Payment (Income Tax, Sales Tax and Federal Excise Duty)
6. Withholding Deduction(s) Data
7. Forgot Password

The app is not opened and working properly plz solve the problem

The experience is not consistent. At times it's helpful, whereas at other times it's frustrating. Neither the app nor the web interface can get the job done all by themselves. To get around the shortcomings of one, you have to go to the other. Moreover, tax filing deadline for this year is 15 oct 2025, yet the form for filing tax returns is still not available in the app.

POS invoice verification reporting screen has too much glitches, while searching for retailer, nothing shows up, and after few attempts, it takes you again to buyer details page, and you have to enter details again, but the cycle repeats. Updated: Above issue has been addressed, but now retailer branch search option is not showing anything. So still, invoice verification reporting is not functional.

• Enhanced Forgot Password option for users who have access to their registered Email Address and Mobile Number.
• Added Account Recovery feature for users who do not have access to their registered contact details and need to update their Mobile Number linked to their CNIC.
