Prayer Lock is a salah app blocker for Muslims: at adhan time it pauses the apps that distract you, for each of the five daily prayers, so you pray on time. Accurate prayer times (namaz times) for your city, adhan reminders, a daily prayer tracker and a Study Focus mode for exam season. Tap "I've Prayed" and your apps open again right away.
WHEN THE ADHAN CALLS
• Apps pause automatically at each of the five prayers
• Pause all apps, only the apps you choose, or get a gentle reminder only
• Choose how long: 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes
• "I've Prayed" opens your apps as soon as you're done
• "Remind me in 5 minutes" when you need a moment
• A calm prayer screen instead of a wall of notifications
ACCURATE PRAYER TIMES
• Times for your city from your location, or pick a city yourself
• Umm al-Qura and other calculation methods
• Hijri date, next prayer countdown and a daily prayer tracker
• Reminders before each prayer
• Works without an internet connection
STUDY FOCUS, FOR EXAM SEASON
• Pause everything except your study apps: Quran, notes, dictionary, classroom
• Quick sessions of 25 minutes, 50 minutes or 2 hours
• An exam-week schedule that starts on its own
• It even pauses itself when it's time to pray
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Prayer Lock uses Android's "Usage access" only to see which app is open during prayer times and focus sessions, so the apps you chose can be paused. It reads only the app's name, never what is inside apps, your messages or your screen.
• Before asking, the app explains this on its own screen, and you can say No thanks. Prayer times and reminders keep working without it.
• It does not use Android's Accessibility service.
• No account, no sign-up, no internet permission, and the app collects nothing. Your city name comes from your phone's built-in location service.
• Turn it off any time in Android Settings.
