Pray Then Scroll changes that. Every day starts with a quiet check-in: How's your relationship with God? How are you feeling? Then you receive your prayer of the day — sometimes one you know by heart, sometimes one you've never met before but needed to hear.
After that, your phone works for you instead of against you. The apps that pull you in — Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube — stay locked on your schedule. 9 to 5. 9 AM to 9 PM. Whatever you choose. When you reach for them, you're invited to pray first. Pray, then scroll.

Receive your prayer of the day. Sit with it as long as you need.
Set your lock schedule. Choose which apps and which hours.
Live your day. When you try to open a locked app, you pray first. Then you scroll.
