This app presents an English edition of Compline (Night Prayer) as envisaged by the "Liturgia horarum" (1971) and as enriched by the proper Dominican elements proposed in the "Supplement to the Liturgy of the Hours for the Order of Preachers" (1982). The recordings are from St. Dominic Priory, the studium for the Dominican Provinces of St. Albert the Great (Central) and St. Martin de Porres (South), USA. In addition, the texts are provided for the user to pray along with us.

I would give a few suggestions. First, it would be great if there's a tutorial for the unitiated in the LOTH. Second, it would be great if there's an option to download the recordings offline. They're very helpful, but if the internet connection gets spotty, the audio buffers (which is really distracting.) Lastly, if you can, please consider doing this for all the Hours. This app has already done an excellent job for Night Prayer, I wager it'll do just as well for the other Hours. God bless :^D

A beautiful way to grow deeper with God. As I discern the 3rd Order Dominican vocation, praying this compline each night is a wonderful way to help my family grow closer to God as well. As a vocation for me, having my wife and children exposed and involved is more and more important each day. Thank you for this app, and may the Holy Father Dominic pray for us!

What's new
To those of you who tried using the "Pray Compline" feature during the Christmas season, it will be no surprise to you that we are still working out the bugs. This is a minor update to clean up some code. A bigger one will come in the near future to fix the major bugs. Thanks for your patience and prayers!
