Worse than ArriveCan! The most complex, confusing and hard to use parking app I ever used. Unfortunately that's what Niagara on the Lake has adopted. It's so bad that from now on I will arrive early and park in the free zones to avoid the hassle of this app, which inconsistently shows the time left. Slow, clunky and leaves you wondering if the payment worked or not.

Garbage app by garbage developers. Can't update my card information without completely removing and re-adding it. This is unlike any other app that just lets you update the expiry. Almost got a ticket while trying to pay manually. Developers are goofs. UPDATE: Even worse, 'ADD PAYMENT' is broken. I removed my card so I could update the expiry and now it won't let me add any card back. I can't believe people get paid for such lackluster work.

you mean to tell me in 2026 we can't text/have push notifications? we're really going to just email? my phone # is in my profile, it can't be that hard
