Avoid at all costs. Visiting from the US and this was one of the most abysmal parking experiences I've even had. Only one payment machine in the garage was in working order, and denied all payment cards we had. After perhaps 10 attempts to pay by the app, it finally went through. Despite this, we left immediately so as to avoid giving this scam of a company any more money. I will be charging it back from my credit card provider out of principal.

Worse than ArriveCan! The most complex, confusing and hard to use parking app I ever used. Unfortunately that's what Niagara on the Lake has adopted. It's so bad that from now on I will arrive early and park in the free zones to avoid the hassle of this app, which inconsistently shows the time left. Slow, clunky and leaves you wondering if the payment worked or not.

Only App The City of Saskatoon authorizes for on street parking. On street terminals not working half the time. Paying with the app usually takes 2 or 3 attempts, getting a payment declined message before it finally goes through. GPS map doesn't work half the time so you cannot rely on it when picking location. App will randomly place you in a private lot for your payment. When you get a parking ticket CoS will say not our problem, go to court, your fault for trusting only App we allow.
