My predi Pro is a mobile medical remote monitoring application for doctors and nurses. It makes it possible to monitor the patient's condition using a dashboard including medical alerts, a set of physiological indicators and to coordinate interventions around the patient.
It is linked to an online service My Predi. My Predi is an intelligent platform for generic medical telemonitoring. It addresses patients with chronic pathologies that require long-term care. My Predi is positioned in the preventive framework by early detection of situations at risk of decompensation of pathologies. Thanks to My Predi the patient becomes an actor of his health and feels more involved in the disease.
My Predi is an operational platform used in different organizational models such as medical practices, clinics, nursing homes or hospitals. It offers a set of very advanced services based on an intelligent and modular architecture.
The platform is equipped with artificial intelligence based on knowledge and medical experiments carried out in the hospital. This intelligent algorithm processes data and generates alerts by detecting warning signs leading ultimately to hospitalization.
The patient will be equipped with a set of physiological sensors to collect data such as weight, heart rate, blood pressure or others.
