Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app ever. There's always an issue. It's unreliable. Sometimes it doesn't give you an updated ID card at all. When it does, it gives it the next day. It wants your location at all times and "grades" your driving. Doesn't make a distinction if you are the passenger. The worst part, though is I went in Friday and paid the total amount the app said was due. That wasn't the real amount and my insurance lapsed. I paid the amount they told me to pay several days before it was due.

I'm certain that it's not accurate as my driving score continues to fall, and its scoring system is useless as it continues to give errors because my phone optimizes its battery usage. At the end of the day, this app is going to ruin your driving score and should not be used for anything but paying your bill.

I downloaded this app yesterday to track my fiance's policy and bill. I am the lienholder on the vehicle and I also take care of checks and balances for him. App keeps saying the bill is in cancel status even though I'm paid through July 10th. It sends me a notification every couple of minutes to track my location. I don't need my location tracked. App seems pretty useless thus far.
