The bank is great. The App is not the best. There are things you have to login on the desktop browser. What's the point in an App if you have to go to a browser? Fix this and it becomes a five star App.

Mobile deposit is next to useless. On average I need to take pictures 5 different times before it registers and reads the check. Always crashing. It's necessary if you bank here, but it's an awful app.

Added another star because Customer Care Center is so knowledgeable and helpful with any of my issues, when they come up. Wonderful bank and staff at all locations!
