Scan Mode: Auto
Scan Type: Single

* Group Ticket Scanning

For bookings containing multiple tickets, promoters can use Group scanning:

Scan Device: Camera
Scan Mode: Manual
Scan Type: Group

Group scanning allows event staff to process multiple tickets associated with a booking.

* Flexible Group Check-In

When Group scanning is selected, promoters can choose from two check-in methods:

* Quantity

Select the number of tickets to process.
Process tickets based on the selected quantity.

* Ticket

View tickets in a list.
Select and process individual tickets as required.
