Does the HOME button open it? Google Play rules do not let this build capture system buttons, and many TVs offer no home-app picker. Our companion app Button Mapper TV QuickActions maps HOME to the launcher in one press — it finds PLUI and offers to do it for you. The full build from smartago.net has HOME built in. Does it work on Fire TV? Yes, by sideloading the full build.
Are the profiles streaming logins? No — launcher profiles. Continue Watching depends on each app.
Do cameras record? No. Live view only.

Ratings and reviews

Closer to 4 1/2 stars for me. I love this launcher. Love it so much, I bought the full, lifetime version. My only issue is that I'd like them to have more backgrounds. But more than that, sometimes when I close YouTube to go to another app, the audio from YouTube will play over my new app selection. So I have to go to settings to stop the app. Minor annoyance, but if they could work on that, it would be great.

I love the app so far, but occasionally it would glitch out or reset but other than that it is a real improvement from Google TV. I would have scored this a five if it wasn't for the glitches..something for the developers to work on and I paid for the elite package which I think is for life. You need to speed things up especially during start-ups and also improve the way we go from one app to another needs to be snappier and quicker.

put this TV launcher on my Xiaomi android box and it looks good. To set it up is straight forward and it has alot of different backgrounds which looks good. At the moment would give 4stars because I've just started to use it

What’s new

Elite is on from the first second — even before this TV box has ever seen the internet. The old "upgrade required" wording is gone: Elite is part of PLUI, free, forever. Wallpapers: the gallery now shows which picture is on screen and opens on it, and the rotation only serves pictures meant for a rotation. Every wallpaper you have looked at stays on the box, so it still appears offline. The left sidebar marks the category you are in at a glance.
