PRende is Puerto Rico's live power outage map. When the power goes out, open the app and see who else is without service—no need to ask on social media.

See where the power is going out right now. Filter by the last few hours, days, or month to see patterns. Your location is never public: the map uses blurred coordinates that can't be traced back to you.

📍 Report your outage with one tap
Tap "It's Out!" when the power goes out and "It's Back!" when it comes back. PRende saves the exact time—even if you don't have a signal at that moment—and syncs it when your connection returns. Your anonymous reports are what power the map for everyone.

🔔 Alerts that matter
Get notified when multiple neighbors near you report a power outage, and receive severe weather alerts (hurricanes, storms, floods) based on data from the National Weather Service.

🏠 My Home — Automatic detection
Connect your own energy monitoring system (Home Assistant, SolarEdge, Victron, or Tesla Powerwall) and PRende will automatically know when your home loses power, with a per-home log for your records. Invite your family with a link and check the status of your homes together—you decide who manages and who just watches.

🌀 Hurricane Mode
Prepare before the storm: a checklist and a secure cloud vault where you store photos of your home, your documents, and damage—so they survive even if you lose your phone.

📄 Generate your official LUMA claim (when applicable)
If a power outage damaged an appliance—and you already have an assessment from a qualified technician linking the damage to the service interruption—PRende prepares the document to take directly to a LUMA office. If LUMA doesn't respond within the deadline, we also include a complaint with the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (PREB). Upload a photo of the bill, fill out the information, digitally sign, and save the PDF ready to print.

⏰ Important Deadlines Remind You
Claims have critical deadlines with LUMA, the PREB, and the Independent Consumer Protection Office (OIPC). PRende will notify you before they expire.
