By requiring drivers to complete a short inspection before and after each shift, their awareness of vehicle condition increases and the likelihood of damage or unexpected breakdowns decreases. The app guides the driver step by step through the inspection process, including reporting new or existing damage or any technical issues. Photos, notes and location details are captured automatically, ensuring every report is complete and immediately actionable.

All information becomes available in real time to the team lead or fleet manager, who can instantly determine the next step—whether scheduling a repair, assessing severity or temporarily taking the vehicle out of service. This enables faster decision-making, reduces downtime and keeps operational costs under control.

The app serves not only as a service tool for drivers, but also as a powerful management solution.
