I was very interested in using this app, but I have zero interest in paying more for a phone app than I do for a desktop editor. If I am not paying $250 ($5 a week x 52 weeks ) a year for lightroom, I am surely not paying that for a cell phone editor. Your pricing is absurd. Oh yeah, make the "ask" at the end my trial not right before I even try it. Come on guys... cell phone app.

This app is super greedy. It shoves fake discounts on your face, tries to get you to subscribe to their subscription over and over and over, and wouldn't even let me save my picture without subscribing. I'm pretty sure I wasn't using any premium filters or anything, and if I was, I saw no indicator that the filters were paid only. The filters and editing options are great, yes, but I'm not a piggy bank. It's genuinely insulting to have ads shoved in my face before you even get to try the app.

I used to love Prequel, it was my favorite by far. The quality and variety of filters and editing features are still great, but I am giving it one star because I am so disappointed to come back to it now and find that not only are so many more filters behind the paywall, but they removed the icon that shows you what's premium! A scuzzy tactic. I totally understand wanting to charge for some of them in this day and age, but at least give us the decency of telling us what is/isn't available.
