About this app

Presencely is attendance tracking that works the way real classrooms and real events do — including when the Wi-Fi is down.

Two ways to use it

Presencely works as two separate experiences, and you only ever see the one you need:

Colleges & Schools — admins set up programs, sections, and subjects; teachers run attendance sessions per class; students mark themselves present in seconds.

Standalone Events — conferences, meetups, workshops, and any one-off gathering. Organizers create an event, share a join link or QR code, and track RSVPs, guest counts, and attendance without any institutional setup at all.

Attendance that doesn't need the internet

The core of Presencely is Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) proximity marking: the teacher's or organizer's phone broadcasts a short-range signal, and nearby students' or attendees' phones detect it and mark themselves present — all on-device, with no data connection required on either end. It syncs automatically the moment either phone is back online.

For events with location verification switched on, this Bluetooth fallback means attendance still gets recorded correctly even at venues with no signal at all.

Flexible, not one-size-fits-all

Three ways to verify location for events — require attendees to be physically near the venue, record location without blocking anyone, or skip location entirely. You choose per event.
Mark via code as an online alternative to Bluetooth — enter a short PIN the organizer/teacher displays, no scanning needed.
QR code join for events — scan once to jump straight to RSVP.
In-class and in-event polls — get instant feedback or run quick quizzes without leaving the app.
RSVP, capacity limits, and waitlists for events, so organizers always know who's coming.
Attendance reports for teachers and admins — see history per student, per subject, per session.

Built to respect your data

No ads, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs — ever.
No access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or messages.
No continuous or background location tracking — location is only ever checked once, at the exact moment you mark attendance, and only when a session actually requires it.
Delete your account and your personal data in-app, any time, in a couple of taps.

Pick School/College or Events the first time you open the app — Presencely remembers your choice on that device, so you'll never be asked again unless you sign out. Everything works offline from the very first session; syncing to the cloud happens automatically in the background whenever you're connected.
