About this app
Turn your Android phone or tablet into a presentation remote with PresentSync. Move through slides and control an on-screen pointer while presenting from your computer.
A compatible PresentSync desktop companion and a reachable local network are required. Download the desktop app and find setup help at https://presentsync.net.
CONTROL YOUR PRESENTATION
Use your phone's touch pad to move the screen pointer, advance to the next slide or go back. Keep the controls in your hand while teaching, running a workshop or presenting at work.
CONNECT PHONE AND COMPUTER
1. Create or sign in to your PresentSync account on your Android device.
2. Install and open the PresentSync desktop companion on your Windows computer.
3. Scan and confirm the desktop login using the mobile app.
4. Start a meeting on the computer, then scan its meeting QR code to join from your phone or tablet.
Keep both devices on a local network that allows them to communicate.
FREE HOSTING AND OPTIONAL PLANS
The Free hosting plan supports up to 5 connected devices, 1 meeting at a time and 30 minutes of hosting per day. Joining an existing meeting does not require a paid host subscription.
Personal and Pro provide additional hosting options. Compare current limits, monthly and yearly subscriptions, and local prices in the app. Android subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. Your mobile account determines hosting access on the desktop.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND INVITATIONS
See your account status in My account. Eligible invitation rewards and progress are shown in the app, with the applicable limits and conditions. You can also request account deletion from the app; deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
FIVE LANGUAGES
Choose English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese or Spanish.
