I love Pressed, and I want to tip (which doordash pickup doesn't allow), but good God this app is absolutely terrible. When I first started going, they had an app that worked fine. Then, they changed it to this new UI and for a long time it literally did not work, on either mine or my fiancé's phone. It's finally been "working" for a few months, if you can call it that. It's incredibly delayed, having to wait for 30+ seconds for a button press, and it glitches out about 1/4 of the time.

The app was great when it was run by Aloha. it functioned exactly as it should have. It's been downhill since the switch to OLO. It just doesn't function well. The latest update has made navigation clunky (clicking on a category brings you to a completely different category, for example) and slow. The search bar functions but you can't see what you're typing, while you're typing it. Only leaving a review in hopes that someone at the company sees it.

App is unreliable. I frequently get error messages when trying to put an order through. I don't have time to stop and wait for an order in the morning so if the app doesn't work, then I end up ordering from somewhere else instead. I do a lot of online ordering and this is the only app I have frequent problems with.
