Ratings and reviews

The app does not work. I submitted my wedding bouquet on their website to get preserved. After that I was instructed to download their app. You are supposed to be able to follow the process on the app. However, I can not do anything. Once I uploaded pictures of my bouquet into their portal, the app will not stay open and crashes before I can do anything.

The company itself has been great but the app is horrible. Any time I try to do ANYTHING including logging in or reset a password it won't let me do anything and crashes. I have un installed and reinstalled. Restarted my phone, cleared caches and cookies and nothing has helped.

Keeps crashing every time I click on my order! It worked better before I uploaded a couple of bouquet pictures. :( It's a neat app concept! I just wish it worked.
