They're very reliable, no matter what time of day. Their vehicles are generally spotless, and the drivers are efficient. No complaints. Definitely recommend them. Also, a car and van are the exact same cost, which is very good for moving something, such as a desk.

The answering service was rude, I gave them my address & they hung up on me. I used the app & the driver took me to the wrong address. I showed him my phone for directions & attempted to tell him & used a translator because I don't speak Spanish. He pulled into a gas station to put gas in his car & to call the base. I was charged more money & what should've been a 15-minute drive was instead 45 minutes. My appointment was canceled.

This application could be great, however it freezes way too much, at times does not load at all and it does not refresh in a timely manner. The car service itself is awesome. Unfortunately, this app leaves alot to be desired in a climate where technology and apps are major components in business.
