Ratings and reviews

Very useful overall and simple to use. There are certain times howeverwhen the app fails to recognize a table of contents(?) So it becomes one long document without the capability of easily jumping to specific chapters. Wondering if there's a troubleshooting method in these cases, as I've successfully taken the same file into other readers and they have been able to display the table of contents and chapter headings with no issue.

Been using this app for years, but recently I haven't been able to scan my files? It's just stuck at 0% and won't go up no matter how long I wait. When I import books directly from my files, they glitch when I try to search anything or navigate to different chapters, and a large chunk of the book disappears completely until I re-import it. And then it happens again. For every book. No clue what's causing either of these issues.

Books disappear I have downloaded many books, scanned them with the app and placed them in collections for the future. But whenever I close the app all the folders become empty and when I scan to find my books again to place them back it says I do not have the permission to do so. I believe that the books are there but I am not permitted to see them or edit the folders since they return after I fiddle with the scanning or other related actions. Very inconvenient and would like a solution.
