Ratings and reviews

This app is atrocious and seems to get worse with each update. Right now it crashes upon submitting an order, with the order stuck in my account even after I clear cache. Also, every time I open it tells me "Pret is closed for ordering" until I reopen it, and it starts me off in the wrong city. On top of all that, it has random "something went wrong" bugs constantly. Fire this app team and get another one already. We are paying for this service and not receiving it.

Frustrating app that takes ages to load (not ideal for a busy coffee queue), insists on a very long password and then logs you out regularly and doesn't auto fill from saved passwords. The subscription is good value given how expensive coffee and food has become, but has really changed the atmosphere in a lot of Prets - staff and customers seem fed up, and stuck in a timewarp, offering the same food and drinks as 10 years ago, while other brands have moved on and offer more innovative choices

My app stopped working on 13th April, since then I have been emailing, written, messaging and sitting on the phone line for 20 mins. The temp password given by one CS agent doesnt work. Therefore I have had to pause my subscription as it renewed on 14th. I have been trying to actually cancel and rejoin but no one will answer. Terrible customer service. I just want to cancel completely now. But nobody cares!
