Coatfolio gives professional painters, decorators, and small painting businesses a permanent, searchable paint history. Keep products, colors, finishes, label photos, and job notes together, organized by customer, property, room, and surface.
When a customer calls months or years later for a touch-up, find the recorded paint details and label photo so you know what was used.
- Capture paint quickly. Photograph a paint can or tint label, assign it to a surface, and save. Add only the details that matter, with minimal typing.
- Record the details you need. Save brands, product lines, color names and codes, finishes, primers, coats, application dates, and notes. Keep before-and-after photos alongside your records.
- Organize every property. Create rooms, exterior areas, and custom surfaces for everything from kitchen walls and cabinets to doors, railings, and fences.
- Find past paint fast. Search by customer, property, address, room, surface, job, paint brand, product, color, code, or notes. Partial color codes help you locate records when you only remember part of the label.
- Preserve paint history. See the latest recorded paint for each surface and browse earlier applications. Repainting creates a new record while keeping previous work available.
- Make repeat work easier. Copy previous paint into a new job or touch-up visit, then update any changed details.
- Create customer Paint Passports. Generate clear PDF handover documents for completed jobs, showing the paints used in each area. Share or print them for customers to keep, without requiring them to install Coatfolio.
- Keep control of your data. Create portable local backups and restore them when needed.

Your customer records and photos stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. No account is required, and Coatfolio contains no advertising or analytics tracking.
