About this app

Prevado Driver is the in-cab app for drivers who run with Prevado fleet management. It puts the daily prestart, the conversation with the office and your compliance record on one screen, so nothing has to be chased on paper or over the phone.

START THE SHIFT IN A FEW MINUTES
Pick your truck and trailers by registration, work through the inspection checklist, and record any defect with a photo and a note. Submit once and the workshop and the office see it straight away. There is no paperwork to hand in at the end of the run.

REPORT DEFECTS WHILE YOU ARE STANDING AT THE TRUCK
Mark an item as a fault, describe it, and attach photos taken on the spot. The defect goes to the maintenance queue immediately, so the office is not hearing about it hours later.

ONE LINE TO THE OFFICE
Message your dispatcher or fleet manager directly, and attach photos or scanned documents. Messages are kept on the record, so an instruction given at six in the morning can still be found later.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
Check your licence and medical expiry dates, your recent prestarts, and any compliance item that needs attention, without asking the office to look it up.

ALERTS THAT MATTER
Be notified when a prestart is due, when a defect you raised is updated, and when one of your documents is coming up for renewal.

BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN ROAD TRANSPORT
Prevado supports Chain of Responsibility obligations by keeping a time stamped, auditable record of prestart inspections, defects and driver communication.

ACCESS
Prevado Driver is used by drivers at companies that subscribe to Prevado. Your account is created by your fleet manager. There is no public sign up, so the app cannot be used without an invitation from your employer.
