Previ said they were auditing accounts, and found a line that was missing the device payment plan. They then added it to line 1815. That line never had a device payment plan. Turns out it was for line 6203, which was paid off last year. So Previ re-added it to the completely wrong line, and wanted me to pay for it a second time. The payment plan added to the wrong line has been removed (in the app at least). π€

Tech support team are legends! Best customer service I have ever interacted with. Really happy with how they handled my issue, working with my device's particular hardware and settings. I noticed today the app is crashing when I tried to attach a screenshot in chat, but other than that, I am very happy with the company, the pricing, and service!
