EverLoad runs a dump-truck fleet from the phone in every truck: dispatch, scale tickets, the live map and settlement — in English and Spanish, and it keeps working with no signal.

FOR DRIVERS
• Get loads on your phone and accept them from the lock screen
• Tap Loaded and Delivered as you go — arrival at the pit and dump site is detected for you
• Snap the scale ticket: EverLoad reads the tons and ticket number
• Add fuel receipts and job notes with photos
• See your loads, tons and estimated pay

FOR THE OFFICE
• Send loads to drivers and follow them on the load board
• Paste a list of jobs from a text or email and EverLoad builds them
• Live map of every truck on shift
• Needs review catches duplicate tickets, tons above the scale reading, missing photos and short pays before you bill or pay
• Settlement, PDF invoices, CSV export and QuickBooks Online
• Permissions for each role and each person: owner, admin, dispatcher, accountant, driver
