First time using tonight for 99p day. Only issue I had was trying to work out how to pay with the app. Couldn't see "view my bill" or "tap to pay here" button in the app. It was only when I scrolled down to the bottom of the 30+ notifications on my phone that I came to "silent notifications" where It said "club prezzo- you have a tab open". If I had silent notifications disabled I wouldn't have seen that at all. "You have a tab open" sounds like a tab in a web browser rather than where you pay.

Downloaded your app via the link in your email promotion and did not receive the promised offer. Replied to the email with a complaint, unmonitored email address. Went to look for customer service within the app, there's no such thing. AVOID. (Email promotion: "£10 Off, Just for You. As a Club Prezzo member, you’ve unlocked an exclusive treat – £10 off your bill when you dine with us.")

no option to remove item after ordering on the app. didn't get my free doughnuts because apparently you can't use 2 emails vouchers and a club Prezzo voucher on the same transaction! took ages for our dessert order to be taken so I ordered on the app but then couldn't remove it as I wanted to check I could use 3 vouchers at once (you can't) all vouchers said can be used with our vouchers, but that's a not true. very poor. food is mediocre and overpriced, never actually get the free dessert .
