First time using tonight for 99p day. Only issue I had was trying to work out how to pay with the app. Couldn't see "view my bill" or "tap to pay here" button in the app. It was only when I scrolled down to the bottom of the 30+ notifications on my phone that I came to "silent notifications" where It said "club prezzo- you have a tab open". If I had silent notifications disabled I wouldn't have seen that at all. "You have a tab open" sounds like a tab in a web browser rather than where you pay.

Downloaded your app via the link in your email promotion and did not receive the promised offer. Replied to the email with a complaint, unmonitored email address. Went to look for customer service within the app, there's no such thing. AVOID. (Email promotion: "£10 Off, Just for You. As a Club Prezzo member, you’ve unlocked an exclusive treat – £10 off your bill when you dine with us.")

This app does not work at all. The "activity" section says I'm now silver but the home screen shows me as a "welcome" member with no discounts. I have tried clearing the data, logging out and back in and even deleted the app and reinstalled it again but still no good. It really is a pointless app if it can't even display my status.
