App doesn't record check ins, doesn't update activity. Waste of time I've been at least 10 times in the past year and it's only registered 3 visits. Customer care is a waste of time as they cannot do anything. Don't bother with the app just use the email vouchers.

First time using tonight for 99p day. Only issue I had was trying to work out how to pay with the app. Couldn't see "view my bill" or "tap to pay here" button in the app. It was only when I scrolled down to the bottom of the 30+ notifications on my phone that I came to "silent notifications" where It said "club prezzo- you have a tab open". If I had silent notifications disabled I wouldn't have seen that at all. "You have a tab open" sounds like a tab in a web browser rather than where you pay.

My second visit in two weeks, first with a friend and today with my husband. Both visits were excellent, with lovely food and first class service from several staff. I've now joined the Prezzo club as I have no doubt I'll be back again! Anna and Karolina were particularly good.
