Food was fine but free doughnut balls were so, so chewy. Not sure how they even a accomplished that. Also 10% service charge added (with no apparent disclosure) and then they ask for tip too. Prices are not cheap so that's all a bit much! BKS

In a word, terrible! Can't pay for kids club on the app, can't pay for food on the app, can't add a payment card to the app. This, coupled with awful restaurant service, has lead to me eating there once and once only. Definitely better restaurants and apps out there.

There's little value to the app beyond the loyalty discounts. You can't pay via Google Pay and you can't pay your bill by card because you can't register a card in the app either. Your competitors get this right, it's not difficult to do!
