Do not use this car company, they will try to scam you with additional charges as soon as you enter the door. You will be charged well and above any saving you may find in comparison to enterprise ect.. The customer service is trash I booked through their miami branch and they wouldn't even answer the phone and their machine was full They will force you to spend 30 bucks a day for insurance, not to mention list of hidden charges they don't show online Stay away

Easy to set up like all car rentals but when it's time to get your car they make it almost impossible. Took 40 minutes per person. Only one person at the counter. Use any other car rental!!!!

it doesn't even let me log in, tried multiple times with different sign up and sign in methods and it still doesn't work
