I'm not sure who PriceSmart is using for this app, but the app went from worse to this update being TERRIBLE to use. It's slow, I have to disable my ad-blocker in order for the name and barcode information to be displayed, and why do you need access to my location all the time. Turned that setting off and each time I'm going into the app it's unnecessary pop up requests. The landing view after opening the app should be the membership information. Navigating to the membership info takes too long.

I can't use the app when on VPN. Turn VPN off and I can use the app to conveniently place click and go orders. I want to place delivery orders like until a few months ago. Now it says outside their delivery area, though I've not moved. Even without VPN the app is slow! Search & navigation are quirky. Some items can be found only by item number🙄 Overall, a worthwhile app (with VPN off) that affords much convenience but has considerable issues that could be greatly improved.

Zero stars! The new version is horrible. Always is frozen. Glitches, glitches and glitches!!!!! Makes me enter my membership number everytime. Often says it's not found when I'm scanning the card. Says password is incorrect when it's not. Doesn't permit to see what other clubs have stock. It has affected my purchases greatly. Very disappointing. Been a member since 2008 and it is my first time truly complaining about the company. Bad choice in updated the application.
