I purchased their subscription. Their service is really good. But the app is really bad quality. You cannot change address. There are too many bugs in the app. The overall experience of using their app is always frustrating. It's better you directly deal with their sales person.

Good Concept, Poor App Tracking Milk quality is good but the app needs major fixes. Wallet history is inaccurate—wrong delivery dates, wrong deductions, and missing entries. My alternate-day schedule never shows correctly. Even got double quantity once without ordering. Please improve the tracking system.

Every time I place a standalone order, the amount gets deducted but the milk is not delivered. This is unacceptable.When I contact customer care to fix this, I am told they need 48 hours to resolve a customer issue, which is extremely slow and inconvenient. The customer care support is pathetic, and there is no local area number available to contact for quick help. I am sure your market penetration and commitment to customer service are highly doubtful. The same issue repeated on 21.12.25.
