Till today the experience with POC was good but now it's unbearable.They first increased the cost without any information to existing customers. Their products are being offered at low rates on other apps like Instamart etc. Now the crown collection which offers free products, has been increased from 25 to 40, again without any information. It takes years to earn customers trust but takes 2 mins to loose the same. POC did the same things. I'm switching to country delight now.

pathetic logistics and customer care support. i ordered 2 lr milk before opting for subscription, they have major logistics issues due to which after multiple attempts they are not able to deliver to my location. I am following up with customer care team to transfer my paid amount to source account. they keep adding it to wallet dispite knowing that delivery can't be done to my location. my money got wasted. Dont ever opt for subscription

This is the second time im putting a review. very very bad service. I placed an order. the product is not delivered. and they dont refund. customer care is pathetic. im now chasing for the product. this company is only concerned about the money and not customer service. will push everybody to avoid this app.
