pathetic logistics and customer care support. i ordered 2 lr milk before opting for subscription, they have major logistics issues due to which after multiple attempts they are not able to deliver to my location. I am following up with customer care team to transfer my paid amount to source account. they keep adding it to wallet dispite knowing that delivery can't be done to my location. my money got wasted. Dont ever opt for subscription

within 2 days of registering app is crashing time and again. Wallet is showing as zero and orders placed disappeared. Is it the way your app works. Don't make big claims by sending sales professional when we are not ready to serve

Intiially, their sales people chase you by offering big discounts and rewards and later when you become their customer, they stop taking your calls and making consistent deliveries or even answering your queries. Not recommended. I have unsubscribed today
