IMS lets interpreters photograph or select sign-off sheets, receipts, and other supporting documents from their photo library and upload them directly to a booking. This requires camera and photo library access, used solely to capture, choose, and save these documents — nothing else is read from or written to your library. View uploaded documents directly from within the app, saving time and enhancing accessibility.

6. Check-in/Check-out: Streamline your on-site presence. If you allow location access, IMS only uses your location when check-in is enabled for a booking and you tap check-in or check-out, to confirm you are at the assignment location and create an accurate attendance record. Location is not tracked in the background or at any other time.

7. Biometric Authentication: Prioritize security with biometric authentication. The app offers enhanced protection by allowing interpreters to use biometric features for secure login, safeguarding sensitive information.

8. Maps Integration for Directions: Seamlessly navigate to your booking destination. With the IMS app, open the booking address in your preferred maps application and get detailed directions from your current location, making reaching your assignments easier than ever.

Your privacy matters: if you allow location access, it is only used when you tap check-in/check-out on a booking with check-in enabled, or when you request directions to an assignment - never in the background and never at any other time. Photo/camera access, if allowed, is only used to attach documents to your bookings. IMS does not use this data for any other purpose.
