Every misaligned block in InOut Games's Stack is trimmed precisely: the overhanging section falls away, and only the overlapping portion remains, making the next block's target permanently smaller.

This trimming mechanic creates compounding difficulty: one small miss narrows the tower slightly, making the next tap harder, which risks another miss and another trim in a cascading spiral.

The only ways to recover are landing a PERFECT (which doesn't shrink the block) or reaching the BONUS block every ten layers that restores full width regardless of the current state.

Managing how narrow the stack gets is the core strategy of Stack: take a small trim on a fast-moving block to avoid total miss, or wait a fraction longer for a cleaner alignment.

Stack runs fully offline with locally saved high scores and game history for your last ten rounds, and no sign-in is required.
