About this app

IPS Mobile is the official ordering and logistics app for Prime Supermarket. It
connects outlets, drivers and warehouse teams to the distribution centers, replacing paper forms and phone orders with a single app on your phone.

This is a private business app. A Prime Supermarket account is required — it is not available to the general public.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Place orders with the distribution center
• Browse the full product catalogue with categories and sub-categories, product photos and detailed item information
• Order from every DC line: Grocery, Non-Food, Eggs, Frozen, and Fruit & Vegetable
• Cut-off times are enforced automatically, so you always know which delivery window your order will land in
• Order in the right unit of measure — cartons, packs or pieces — with quantities validated as you type

Van Sales
• Raise Van Sales orders directly from the app
• Review Van Sales purchase orders, drill into line-item details, and see the
full order history

Receiving and pallets
• Scan QR codes to receive stock quickly and accurately
• AM/PM receiving flow built around the daily delivery schedule
• Pallet receiving for bulk deliveries

Transfer Orders
• View incoming and outgoing transfer orders between locations
• Open any TO to check line items, quantities and status

Returns
• Create returns and return-to-DC requests from the outlet
• Track every return through to completion in one list

Write-offs
• Record write-offs for damaged, expired or unsellable stock
• Review submitted write-offs and their details at any time

Order tracking
• A single list of all your orders with live status
• Full drafts, history and detail views so nothing gets lost between the outlet
and the warehouse
