When it works, it's fine, but usually it doesn't want to easily work. Currently I cannot log in at all. When I put in username and password, the button to login is still greyed out and does nothing. Bought two of the same exact devices (outlet timers) and both appear differently in the app with slightly different controls. They are the same model, purchased at the same time and I can find absolutely no reason they should be different in the app.

When it works, it does its job as it should. I use it to have my espresso machine turn on at 4AM every day so it's ready for my early morning shot. The problem is, when you have a power outage, either in the neighbourhood or if turn off the breaker when doing renovations, good luck getting it going again. Reprogramming the plug is a disaster. It also doesn't help that it doesn't work with 5G wifi. Sorta silly you have to downgrade your phone's performance to run an accessory device. Going in the in, buying a different brand, and will never use one of their products again.

Not Happy! I don't know what you did to your app. I have multiple smart plugs that I had all set up, all of a sudden this morning I went to the App and I had to click on agree to your new terms, put in my email and password and it said it wasn't recognized. So I had to re register which means having to manually add multiple plugs that were set with timers. So pissed. REALLY! this is not the first time this has happened. wouldn't even let me reset the password as my email wasn’t recognized. f f f
