Under company’s digitalization initiatives, it has been decided to digitalize Tata Power’s QCAR (Quality Corrective Action Report) process by developing one suitable application. This application “UTKRISHT GUNAVATTA” is an unique model which provides the user one complete digital platform for reporting of non-conformities, uploading photos & videos, Review & approval of correction, Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA), closure and generation of reports as per Tata Power’s existing QCAR process. This application is very user friendly and easily accessible to its users.
