About this app

TesCharge is a Supercharger guide for Tesla owners in Japan. It compiles information on over 150 Tesla Superchargers nationwide, including parking rules, nearby shops, and other "local details" that aren't readily available in official sources. Linking your Tesla account automatically generates a map of your charging history and charging statistics.

■ Instantly display the nearest Supercharger
When you open the app, it displays the nearest Supercharger from your current location. Even if you reopen the app at a different location, it will automatically switch to the nearest Supercharger. You can also search by name, area, or by prefecture.

■ Parking rules, fees, and access
Many Superchargers are located within commercial facilities or parking lots. We've compiled important information for each facility, such as whether parking is charged, conditions for free parking, whether it's inside or outside the gate, the entrance location, and whether it's available at night.

■ Nearby Places to Spend Time While Charging
Cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, and other places you can stop by while waiting to charge are displayed in order of proximity, along with estimated walking times.

■ Automatic Charging Records Through Vehicle Integration
By linking your Tesla account, the following will be automatically created based on your Supercharger charging history:

* Charging History: A list showing when, where, how many kWh, and how much you charged.
* Charging Statistics: Totals for the past and this year, monthly graphs of charges, charging volume, and number of charges, and the price per kWh.
* Comparison with Gasoline Vehicles: The difference in fuel costs compared to driving the same distance in a gasoline vehicle (estimate).
* Conquest Map: A map showing all Superchargers and prefectures where you have charged.
* Travel Records: Days of consecutive charging trips are compiled as "trips" in the order of visits.
* Achievement Badges: 19 types based on the number of charging locations, prefecture, region, and charging volume.
* Visited Display: Superchargers you have visited are marked as "Visited," along with the number of charges and average price per kWh.
The charging history is automatically updated every morning. Only the vehicle name, vehicle identification number, and charging history at Superchargers (date, time, location, charging volume, and price) are retrieved. The vehicle's location and battery level are not retrieved, and the vehicle is not operated or woken up during retrieval. The records are only displayed to you, and the saved information is immediately deleted when the connection is disconnected.


■ Photos and Reviews
Check out photos from the site and reviews from actual users to see usability that you can't get from official information alone. You can post reviews after logging in.

■ Chat for Each Supercharger
Communicate in real time with other Supercharger users, asking questions like, "How crowded is it now?" or "Where's the entrance to this parking lot?"

■ Directions with Map Apps
Start directions directly in Google Maps by selecting "Open in Google Maps."

■ Tesla News in Japanese
We deliver summaries of domestic and international Tesla news in Japanese. You can filter by topics of interest, such as Model 3, Model Y, OTA updates, and FSD.
