PrimeFlex Mobile allows participants to access detailed account information right from their phones that includes account balances & activity, recent communications, the ability to contact PrimeFlex directly from the mobile application, and more.

Ratings and reviews

When the app worked with android it was pretty decent. But all of a sudden it stopped linking with my account & so it shows an outdated remaining balance & uploading receipts is no longer functional. The app didn't throw error msgs tho. It let me upload rcpts, it just didn't register them when I did. I only learned I had to use the website instead when I called to find out why my repeated attempts to upload them failed. It's a known issue to cust svc. It should've been communicated to end-users

I like the ease of uploading photo receipts and it is super time saving. I wish they gave feedback on why a claim was rejected or send it back for corrections so you do not have to call in to see the reason.

The previous UI was user friendly and even the novice person can use it. Now it's horrible I can't even find where to file claims.
