Prime Guard is the mobile workspace for professional guards and supervised security teams. It connects you to your employer or agency from first application through every shift, so rosters, welfare, and compliance stay in sync.

What you can do

• Schedule at a glance: open jobs, accepted assignments, calendar views, and shift details with site context.

• Map-aware travel: see where you are going with integrated maps when your deployment enables them.

• Check-in and stay on task: complete site tasks, patrol routes, scan-driven checkpoints, check calls, and evidence uploads your contract requires.

• Duty-period awareness: when your shift window calls for it, the app may send batched location updates linked to your assignment for safety and audit—only as your organisation configures.

• Emergency SOS: send a rapid alert with who you are, where you are working, and optional GPS so responders can act.

• Professional reporting: file incident notes with photos or audio so nothing important is lost on the ground.

• Secure collaboration: message supervisors and peers in dedicated chat rooms tied to work.

• Guided onboarding: step through personal details, addresses, next of kin, licences (including SIA-style credentials), driving information, history, references, medical and criminal declarations, and document uploads when your employer opens that journey.

• Stay informed: push notifications for shift changes, tasks, and messages; adjust preferences when the app allows.

• Earnings insight: review payout requests and payment history when payroll features are enabled for your profile.

Expectations

Prime Guard is built for regulated, high-trust environments. Features that appear on your device depend on your role, region, and what your administrator turns on. You may be asked for camera, microphone, storage, location, or notification access so the core workflows function; the operating system explains each permission when it is requested.
