The app is easy to use and has clear interface. It's easy to book rides. Takes a bit of navigating to find all scheduled rides about it's not a huge issue. I have used the shuttle service three times so far, all in last two weeks. I had really good experience.. the drivers arrived in time (and in one case waited for me at the airport pickup for more than hour because my flight was delayed) the rides were smooth and the drivers were friendly.

The best option for cheaper price to book luxury SUV or Luxury Sedan from pickup at the curb, instead of riding a bus to get to the pickup location for regular express ride👍👍👍 Highly recommended!!

absolutely terrible company. cancelled my shuttle and never called me. had to call them and spend 20 minutes on the phone learning it would not be coming. no apologies or attempts to correct it.
