The app is easy to use and has clear interface. It's easy to book rides. Takes a bit of navigating to find all scheduled rides about it's not a huge issue. I have used the shuttle service three times so far, all in last two weeks. I had really good experience.. the drivers arrived in time (and in one case waited for me at the airport pickup for more than hour because my flight was delayed) the rides were smooth and the drivers were friendly.

App logs you out if you have to open another app to pull information to fill out reservation request. It's a pain to use. I would replace the U In Shuttle with an "i"

Worst shuttle server ever! I had a reservation for 3:40 AM to go to LAX. I wake up to find that they have cancelled my reservation because they did not have a return trip, and I guess it's not worth their while just to drive me. I called a yellow cab, and it was actually cheaper than these hucksters. You made a reservation because YOU NEED TO GET TO THE AIRPORT - you cannot trust these people to get you there. Should be zero stars, but I do not have that option.
