We typically use the app to track our driver so we know how long we'll have to wait for pickup... which has always worked well enough for our purposes. And, although I've only used the function once (when our homecoming flight was delayed by 2 hours due to weather), the app's 'Contact Us' feature was immensely helpful and reassuring. It allowed me, via real-time chat, to confirm that Primetime was aware of the delay and was shifting our shuttle reservation accordingly. Well done.

The app works well. I'm very impressed with the company and have used their service numerous times. I made a reservation for pickup at JFK. I messed up the pickup time, while making the reservation, due to time zones. The dispatcher realized my mistake and adjusted my pickup time accordingly! I highly recommend this service.

broken app; potentially a scam. I tried to book a reservation and everything seemed okay until I confirmed, after which the drop off point changed to somewhere else that I didn't choose!!! of course I tried to change the reservation but the app kept crashing. I wasn't comfortable with this at this point so I tried to cancel but they charged $5. potentially a scam?
