Massive improvement from the original mobile application, and though it has mobile deposits now, the system for doing so is super outdated by having you write a whole bunch of things on the back end. I've done mobile deposits with a handful of other banks, and NONE have ever had that kind of requirement. Still lots of inconsistencies with the company itself, but at least it's trying to progress.

I love this new app-seems as if there is a lot of options to get detailed in my finances....but I cannot see my primetrust credit card transactions, although I can see the balance. I am one of those people who logs in nearly daily to be sure nothing is coming through that shouldn't be, so imagine how it is driving me crazy that I cannot see my credit card transactions! The option is there, but it tells me no available transactions. Older transactions won't upload either. Please fix!

I'm satisfied with the layout, speed, ability to customize, and link accts. The app loses 1 star because of the ridiculous number of times that I have to 'retry' my mobile deposits. It is incredibly frustrating to submit the same picture multiple times and it is randomly denied or accepted. I deducted another star for the delay on the mobile deposits. They only process M-F but in-person or night deposits are available immediately. Also, it doesn't allow me to cancel a deposit if needed. Pls fix.
