Worked fine using USB cable for a couple of years. Then app was updated, now it wants to connect via Bluetooth. My model 206589, does not have Bluetooth. Tried their support. Absolutely no help at all. It appears they want us to buy new models that use Bluetooth since their app took away the ability to use USB or even the dock itself. Sadly, Kodak uses the same company for their software. So I'm going to another company's photo printer. And one that actually responds to its customers.

It used work well, a lot of the time the print quality wasn't as good as I would like, but it worked and was very convenient. However; I just attempted to print something for the first time in several months, found the app updated, and now I can't connect to print. I then saw the majority or recent reviews describing the same issue I'm having. it worked before, why did the app need to change? This thing is now a useless brick, and I have close to 10 sets of paper and ink...

I have emailed several times and it keeps bouncing back. Is there no longer support for this app? I am able to choose a photo but it doesn't show up on the edit screen.... So I can't print my photos. I'm using a Galaxy S9. I have updated the firmware and uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as restarted both the printer and my phone several times. I can print a test page and it prints beautifully but it's useless if I can't print my photos
