PrintaRex Admin is the companion app for authorized PrintaRex staff to run the print-on-demand platform from a phone. It is an internal operations tool and requires a PrintaRex admin account — there is no public sign-up.
What you can do:
• Orders — review orders, the payments-under-review queue, and order routing, and act on the highest-priority status changes.
• Providers — view provider profiles and performance, and approve, reject, suspend, or activate provider applications.
• Users & customers — look up customers and admins, manage roles, and perform account actions.
• Finance — track payouts, commission and transaction fees, and clawbacks, and review provider invoices.
• Notifications — real-time alerts for order, provider, and customer activity, delivered in-app and as push notifications so critical events are never missed.
Security:
• Sign in with your PrintaRex admin credentials.
• Optional two-factor authentication via an authenticator app, with one-time backup codes.
• Optional biometric App Lock (fingerprint or device unlock) and trusted-device management.
PrintaRex Admin is intended solely for PrintaRex staff and authorized operators in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. A valid admin account is required to use the app.
