About this app

Search4 turns the job search on its head: You no longer blindly apply for dozens of positions – suitable jobs come to you.

Create your profile once, then simply swipe. Our matching system compares your preferences with each job posting and shows you first what's truly a good fit: job title, industry, skills, salary, location, languages, and work model.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create your profile – education, work experience, projects, skills, and languages. Guided onboarding, step by step, in just a few minutes.

2. Define your search profile – desired job title, industry, search location with radius, salary expectations, and whether you're willing to relocate.

3. Swipe – right for interest, left for "not a match." Your feed only contains jobs that match your search profile.

4. Match – A company activates your profile, and a match is created. Only then can you proceed.

YOUR ADVANTAGE

• Match Score instead of gut feeling

Each job shows you how well it fits – broken down by industry, job title, skills, salary, location, languages, and work model. You see exactly where the score comes from.

• Discreet search
Companies only see your profile after you've expressed interest. No public resume showcase.

• Anonymous companies
Some employers advertise anonymously – the name becomes visible after a match. This way, you can also find positions that aren't publicly advertised anywhere.

• No cover letter, no forms
Your profile is your application. One swipe is all it takes.

• More than just a resume
In the optional questionnaire, you answer questions about work style and soft skills. This improves your matches – especially where job postings and resumes reach their limits.

• Keep track
In the match dashboard, you see all applications, active matches, and the archive at a glance – sorted by date or score. You can withdraw applications at any time.

• Career events near you
Job fairs, recruiting days, and industry events – filterable by radius and date range. Because some opportunities still happen with a handshake.

• Notifications the way you want them
Push or email notifications for new matches, daily job suggestions – each channel can be individually enabled or disabled.
