About this app

A priority matrix determines which tasks are more important than others. This uses a matrix to decide their priority, by ordering the tasks into different categories.

To prioritize your task items, you must categorize each task on your list into one of these four categories.

âś” Urgent and important.
âś” Important, but not urgent.
âś” Urgent, but not important.
âś” Not urgent and not important.

Important and urgent tasks are given top priority. There will be negative effects if things are not done right away.

The rest of your time will be spent on important but not urgent tasks. To avoid unbalanced schedules and workloads, don't put them off till the last minute.

Tasks that are urgent but not important can be assigned to your group. They don't have to be done by you.

Finally, you can check off tasks that are not important and not urgent.

I was looking for a simple app with the "Eisenhower-Matrix" (the 2Ă—2 grid). This app was a.o. the last I considered to use. The reason why I probably won't is the editing of the tasks. There is a huge box where I could write down my assignment, but when I can only edit the first line, it's useless. Additionally, I'd like an 'editor', where I can make simple subpoints (with check boxes in the best case).

The main objective of the Eisenhower Matrix is to help cut out distractions and help focus on what's important (priorities). I'm very happy that this app does this simply, without adding extra distracting features. It's is great for those, like me, who have a challenge prioritizing tasks without the added stress of being distracted and overthinking. Thank you for making this app simple to use. Please keep it this way .

I really like it for the most part. It's the ideal of the single-purpose app; It does exactly what it needs to, without ads, bloat, or subscriptions. My only real gripe with it is that it lacks a functional widget. It'd be one thing if there was simply no widget at all, but in this case there IS a widget... it just doesn't DO anything besides display a blank rectangle with the word "EXAMPLE". Why does the widget even exist if it doesn't do anything?
